Dempsey & Langan was founded in 1983 by David
C. Dempsey and Thomas R. Langan
in Peekskill, New York. Mr. Dempsey and Mr. Langan had
been practicing together since 1980. Mr. Dempsey retired
in 2006 and Mr. Langan continues to practice law under
the former firm name and provides a broad range of legal
services to individual and business clients. He communicates
effectively and demonstrates the strictest personal
and professional ethics as well as the utmost concern
for clients.
